Furthermore, in order to complete an order or register with us you will be required to confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions by selecting the check box at registration. Definition of Terms We, Our, Us, Our Website, Weddsites.co.uk or Weddsites: refers to Weddsites.co.uk You, Your & Customers: refers to the account holder(s), account purchaser(s) and other users of weddsites.co.uk Weddsite: refers to our product which is a personalised wedding website.
Privacy Policy "Personal Data" means any data that identify you. You agree that any Personal Data which you supply to Weddsites.co.uk (“we”, “us” and “our”) will be true, complete and accurate in all respects and you agree to notify us immediately of any changes to that information so that we may process your order and efficiently.

Services We provide website design packages, hosting and relating services for people getting married who can display information about themselves and their weddings online on the world wide web (WWW). The type of hosting and extras depend on the type of package that is purchased by the customer.
We use third party providers to host our websites for our customers and also liaise with other companies and businesses to provide services to our customer such as photography.
Weddsites.co.uk cannot always guarantee availability of the customers website at all times or the website that hosts it. If any of these problems occur we will work on resolving the problem as soon as possible. We are not liable or responsible for damages if such problems or situations occur.
We reserve the right not to process your order and we will notify you as soon as possible by electronic mail if this is the case.
Payments All payments are processed securely by PayPal UK.
You will be directed to the secure PayPal site (an external site) during the order process in order to complete the Contract. You should receive an email from Paypal confirming the details of the payment transaction once complete.
Please note that whilst we use our best endeavours to send to you an Acceptance Email for every valid order we receive from you, you will understand that we cannot equally guarantee that the Acceptance Email we send will be received by you, nor that, if it is received by you, it is legible and uncorrupted. Please contact us if you do not receive an Acceptance Email within 48 hours of submitting your order to us.
We will keep an electronic copy of your order on our records for at least five years after we finish providing any services under it.
Refunds You are entitled for a refund within 7 days of making payment, unless you have given us permission to start this project within those 7 days via telephone, email or post in which case you waive your right for a refund.
If the project has already started within the first 7 days and you want to cancel your order, then you will be charged for the time that has been spent on your project. (prices will vary)
Content All content is to be supplied by you the customer, whether it is text, pictures, images, videos or music. Weddsites.co.uk is not liable if any of the named content that has been given to us by the customer infringes or breaks any types of laws including copyright laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they legally abide by their government laws in the UK.
Conditions of use of the Website and Service(s) You agree neither to post nor to transfer to any website controlled or managed by us, nor include in any message any material which is obscene, misleading, inaccurate, defamatory, illegal or damaging to data, software or the performance of our or any other parties’ computer system or which infringes any copyright or other intellectual property.
You agree to indemnify us against any liabilities, losses, expenses, or other costs whatsoever incurred as a result of a breach of your obligation under this condition, including, but not limited to, any claims made against us by any third party.
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Website belong to us. Accordingly, no part our Website (or its source HTML code) may be used, transferred, copied or reproduced in whole or in part in any manner, other than for the purposes of utilising our Website, meaning that you may only display it on your computer screen and print out pages from it for the sole purpose of viewing its content.
You may provide a link our website on your own website but only by using the banners and text links provided on our website. If you wish to use alternative banners or text links, then you must first contact us for prior approval. We will collate the information which you give to us in the registration form to provide you with our Service(s). By giving us this information, you consent to our use of it in order to process your order. We may also use it for marketing our own products of a similar nature to those you are interested in or on behalf of companies that provide related services. We may wish to provide certain information which you give to us to other businesses who may be interested in sending you details of the goods or services which they may be able to offer to you.
Description and pricing Full details of the Services we provide and their prices can be found on the appropriate pages of the Website. Prices may vary from time to time and do not include VAT.
Delivery, Performance and Maintenance We will be responsible for carrying out all changes and maintenance to your weddsites. We will not provide access for you or a third party to make changes to the Wedding Site and in no circumstances will it be possible for you to transfer your Wedding Site to another host.
After your contract has expired with us, you may want to extend the hosting service so that your weddsite is available on the World Wide Web or you can purchase your weddsite on a CD and have the ability to view it anytime you wish to.
Any DVDs or CDROMs provided to us and containing wedding photos or videos should be copies and not the originals as it will not be possible to return them afterwards.
Any changes or maintenance that is to be made to the weddsite after it has been created will incur an hourly rate charge of £25 per hour.
Termination The Contract terminates when the Services purchased have been performed and the period specified in the Service purchased has expired. This will be
3 or 12 months after the date or creation (depending on which Weddsite package is ordered);
Extended Hosting can be purchased in advance or when hosting is due to expire it can be extended if we still provide that service.
We may terminate the Contract immediately in the event of any breach of the Terms and Conditions by you, we retain the right to terminate the Contract without giving a refund.
Complaints We aim to provide you with a quality service. If, however, you feel that you have cause to complain, you can write to us at info@weddsites.co.uk or via the contact form on the Website. We will try to do our best to solve any problems that arise.
